I was happy to contribute this logo design to help with the Richmond Food Aid Program. Community meals are an important and needed service to help feed those who need help in our neighbourhoods. But not everyone can get to their nearest meal each week. This program, which sees 25 hot meals a day, four days a week, leave church community kitchens en route to homeless people dotted around the city covers that gap.
I drew inspiration from the soup pots traditionally found at the meals for this logo. And used a bold font and bright colours to give it prominence.
