Our security package provides regular web-based malware scanning of your website using the latest in fingerprinting technology. We can determine if your web applications are out of date, exploited with malware, or even blacklisted by popular search engines. If we see a problem, we’ll let you know ASAP!

Updates
Every time a security vulnerability is reported, the core WordPress team works diligently to release an update that fixes the issue. This means that if you are not using the latest version of WordPress, then you are using software with known security vulnerabilities. Hackers can search for websites running the older version, and you may become a victim of a sophisticated attack. Our security package will update your WordPress site as soon as an update is released. This will keep it running fast, but also keep it secure.

Backups
Sometimes the worst happens. You installed a plugin and your site goes down. Or a malicious bit of code is introduced somehow and your site is compromised. With our security package your entire site, with its files and database, is backed up off server at least once a month (often more if there have been WordPress updates) so you can be sure that if the worst does happen, your site and all the work you’ve put into it, won’t be lost.

Uptime Monitoring
When your site goes down, that’s a big problem. Our system checks your sites every 5 minutes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If your site goes down, we will notify you by email.

Internet technology moves quickly and new security risks are being discovered all the time. Blue Pixel Design cannot guarantee 100% protection and is not responsible for any damage done to your site thanks to user error, hackers, malware, etc.
